He began his career at a Big 4 firm, specializing in R&D for manufacturing clients, and transitioned into
alternative investments,
working on income allocation, regulatory
compliance, and strategic projects.
More recently, in Europe, he managed a buyout fund, overseeing dealflow, due diligence, investor
relations, and fund management while advising a family office on portfolio valuation & due diligence
matters.

Kai is an ex-SVP of Siemens and Siemens Energy, bringing over 20 years of global expertise in industry and
energy.
As a strategy executive, he has led transformations, negotiated billion-dollar deals, and
